Gold IDEA Award Winner

Wemeldinge, The Netherlands (July 20, 2007) — Diverto Technologies B.V. will
receive a Gold IDEA Award by the professional jury of the 2007 International
Design Excellence Awards (IDEA^SM), a competition organized by the Industrial
Designers Society of America (IDSA).
The DIVERTO™ SYNERGY 360T - a new construction machine concept – will
receive the award in the category Design Concepts. The IDEA competition
attracted almost 1.700 entries from all over the world and it is the first
time that a construction machine design wins a prestigious IDEA award.

The unique world-wide patented boom construction of the DIVERTO™ SYNERGY
360T transforms the machine from a compact excavator into a tracked 360º
rotating loader. Using the joysticks, the operator simply folds the segments
of the excavator arm onto each other to create a solid loader geometry.
Attachments can also be hydraulically coupled from within the cabin using
the quick-attach system. The result is an extremely versatile machine for
digging, loading, handling pallets, blowing snow, grading, breaking concrete
and more.

In addition to offering the benefits of both a compact excavator and a
compact tracked loader in a single machine, DIVERTO™ SYNERGY 360T is cheaper than two separate machines, and only one piece of equipment needs to be
transported to the jobsite. Above all, the combination kinematics offers
synergistic advantages with operational benefits, higher utilization, and
time and cost reduction. The new concept is powered by an engine specified
to run on high blends of Bio Diesel or B99 or B100.

Diverto Technologies has patented this principle kinematics system and also the exterior of the machine. The young company worked intensively on this design with design and engineering company Protoscar www.protoscar.com from Switzerland and Delft University of Technology www.tudelft.nl from The Netherlands.

In October the award will be presented to Diverto Technologies in San
Francisco during the Icsid/IDSA World Design Congress, October 20 2007. More
information about the design will then be released.
